1. Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Other areas: 5–7 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

2. Missed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.

If you miss a delivery, you’ll receive a WhatsApp link to reschedule it.

After three failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us, and you can request re-dispatch by paying a ₹60 reshipping fee.

3. Didn’t Receive Order Confirmation?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

4. Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your order status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the update.

We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

1. Can I exchange or return my order?

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at support@kapox.in within 24 hours of receiving your order, and include an unboxing video along with clear photos showing the issue.

Please make sure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.

2. Can I return a product if it doesn’t suit my skin?

As every skin type reacts differently, we’re unable to accept returns if a product doesn’t suit your skin.

3. What should I do if I receive an open or tampered package?

If your package appears opened, damaged, or tampered, please do not accept the delivery.

4. When will I receive my refund?

After receiving your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
